From Nickent: To create an even hotter and more forgiving hybrid, Nickent thinned the face of the 3DX DC, creating a much higher C.O.R. than the original 3DX Ironwood. A special plasma welding process was used to help redistribute the weight to the extreme perimeters of the clubhead.

3D weighting system” of this hybrid set of ironwoods provides maximum

The Nickent 3DX uses a technologically advanced 3D weighting system that moves
weight in 3 directions that is lower, deeper, and towards the heel. This provides
a sure fitting club that uses perimeter weight to make the entire club face
a sweet spot, and not just a small center core.
The driver can be bought in two different versions, the Tour Spec and the Draw
Spec. The Tour Spec was designed for a flatter and controlled path. This gives
the player the ability to control the ball and to develop their own unique flight.
The Draw Spec was created with players with a natural slice in mind. By placing
weight in heal of the club, the Draw Spec helps provide the perfect draw.
The 3DX driver and fairway woods all come with one of the leading shafts in
the PGA Tour, the Aldila NV.
